primary purpose is to simplify your job as a facilitator and
to take the “sting” out of Preventative maintenance.
Jeff Wimmer -
Jeff Wimmer was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He moved to Southern California in the mid '80s. He is a former professional cyclist who has competed at the state and national level. He is certified to teach both Cycle Reebok and Spinning®, currently instructing at some of Southern California's top fitness facilities. Jeff first met Johnny G (The primary creator of Spinning) while managing Beverly Hills Bike Shop; which provided bicycle support for Johnny's cycling endeavors. Jeff witnessed Johnny's creation of the first Spinners and went on to provide tech support when Johnny opened The World Spinning Headquarters in Culver City, California. From there, Jeff picked up clients like Schwinn and Reebok among many others. His past and present tech-support and preventative maintenance provider list reads like no other; Gold's Gyms International, Johnny G's World Headquarters,Nautilus/Schwinn Fitness, Cycle Reebok, Sweatshop Fitness, Revolution Fitness, Hilton Sports Complex, Madd Dogg Athletics, Lemond Fitness, Sporting House-Las Vegas, The Spokane Clubs, Mt . St. Mary's College, UCLA, Los Angeles Valley College, MGM Fitness, Frogs Club One, Star Trac Fitness, RPM Fitness, Encore Fitness, and many, many more. His manuals are sold worldwide, and he has brought his educational materials to many World Spinning Conferences via workshops and seminars. Jeff resides in beautiful Santa Monica, California and teaches Spinning at the World Famous Gold's gym in Venice.
