In this section, you can read about what we do, what we offer and what we do differently. We are dedicated to what we do, every bike, every time. No one has been doing this longer and it’s always been a privilege to share what we know with our valued clients and customers.

Installations

Did you know that you DO have a choice in the process when you decide to get new bikes or upgrade your existing bikes? Normally you get the model picked out, you negotiate a price, you sign the papers and you assume or hope that your new bikes will be delivered assembled and ready to go. The biggest reason we are in business is that is usually NEVER the case.

After all the deciding and shopping and testing, and your paperwork is signed, your bike deal, in terms of assembly and setup usually goes to whomever is willing to do the work for the least amount of money. This means fast and furious. You often times actually pay a seriously measurable amount of money per bike to have your bikes slammed together. Do one of the following: If you are in California, have your bikes sent to us we will do a professional level build and then delivered to your facility. We will also give you lifetime email and phone tech support.

If you are not in California and you have measurable mechanical experience, save the install/build charges by getting your bikes delivered in the BOX. Then call me, arrange a one on one consult and I will arm you with enough insider information to do a BETTER job and save yourself serious money and trouble. If you do consider paying for a ready built bike, ask for in-depth information about the company that will be putting your bikes together, don’t settle for the “yeah, yeah, they are really good, blah, blah, blah”. GET SOME REFERENCES. Or if it’s feasible, have your bikes shipped to us, we will do a pro-level build and install or we can pull them from the boxes do a in-depth pre-tune and build then re-box and ship to you, and then YOU can bolt them together and they really will be ready out of the box. I’ve seen fitness companies use actual moving companies to bolt the bikes together once the boxed bikes arrive at the end destination.

Try asking a team that’s used to moving couches and tables about care and maintenance after they’ve done the IKEA end table build on your shiny new bikes. We build new bikes from the inside out, we actually do a partial dis-assembly before we do the assembly. That way we can see what’s going on inside the bike before we build it. 9 times out of 10 we find minor issues, but it’s that 10th time that we find something that left uncorrected will haunt you, sometimes within just a few rides. We lube, we adjust, we tension, we align, we test ride multiple times and this all results in our Quietune® build process that yields a bikes maximum operating potential and in the long run, less repair costs. Add a mini seminar at the point of install along with lifetime email and phone support and it’s no wonder we are regarded as the absolute best in the industry at what we do.

Tech Support

You have a facility with an indoor cycling program. You’ve NEVER been able to find qualified tech-support to help you with your bikes and the mechanical issues that surround them. Over time, you end up settling for whatever you can find in the way of mechanics or techs, Some facilities rely on the in-house fix it all guy or girl. Sometimes it?s the guy in class who claims to be a bike expert. Other times it?s the bike shop guy who often times leaves with the problem worse than when he came in the door. He never leaves without giving you a nice big fat bill. It usually starts when the bikes are brand new with what we call the IKEA end table build. That?s when the new bikes are pulled out of the box and built by a company that?s interested in how long it takes to bolt them together, put them on the truck and get them to the facility. When you bolt a new bike together and you have neither the experience or interest in riding, analyzing, testing and adjusting all areas of the bike, the bikes potential is shortchanged and the facility and its members are cheated out of what should be an exciting time and transition.

If your bikes have never really worked well from the start, or if members are showing up early to get a “good” bike, there are real time solutions available. We have 6 (#7 is on the way) of the only comprehensive in depth maintenance and assembly manuals, which are regarded as the bibles in the industry, available on our Studiocycles.com website. And now, we have put together over 50 videos for our valued customers. These videos are groundbreaking, geared towards bike buyers needing information to make the right choice as well as dozens of titles for the up and coming commercial bike techs as well as the consumer interested in maintaining or repairing their bikes in the home setting.

Consultation

Jeff Wimmer’s knowledge and influence has unknowingly touched some of the hottest bikes produced by the biggest companies in the last 15 years. 20 years of bicycle industry experience. Building, tuning, repairing, installing and refurbishing well over 100,000 bikes doesn’t hurt either. Teaching hundreds of Spinning classes and advising countless facilities qualifies us to do more than consult on just bikes. Jeff has watched facilities and companies come and go and paid close attention to the things these places have done right, and done wrong. Sometimes its conversing with the biggest companies and often times it’s a simple conversation with one potential bike buyer, whatever the case, if we are accessible, YOU should take advantage!
