2012 Star Trac Spinner® Blade
StudioCycles has the 2012 Star Trac Spinner Blade. Jeff Wimmer and StudioCycles has been brought in to consult on the Blade and was even hired by Star Trac to build and tune the bikes, using the StudioCycles exclusive QuietTune® build technology for the official launch at the Club Industry Fitness show in Chicago in late 2011.
The Blade is the latest bike from the Spinning® camp in collaboration with Star Trac’s new design team. The Blade is an amazing bike with striking lines and a demanding presence and takes its place as the most evolved Spinner® bike to hit the top clubs and facilities in the fitness arena. An all-aluminum frame that looks like it was machined from solid billet; it also has new bottom bracket and pedal technology to make it as bombproof as any commercial bike ever produced in the free world.
With the input of professional cyclist Josh Taylor, the new bikes boast a Q-factor that rivals actual bicycles you might find on the TDF! Other blazing new features include fore/aft handlebars and a soft grip resistance knob connection point. As with all of our commercial bikes new and pre-owned this Bad ass Blade will include our lifetime warranty to consumers as well as a partial tear down and optimization process and our QuietTune® build process.
Jeff personally rides and tunes each of these bikes without exception, then we do our bombproof packaging to get your new Blade to you in one piece!

- Warranty: Frame is covered for 10 years from the date of purchase for structural failure. Additionally, the Spinner Blade frame is warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase against build up and propagation of rust. Flywheel assembly, brake knob assembly, handle bar assembly, seat post, and foot adjustments are covered for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Handle bar post plastic sleeve, seat post plastic sleeve, bottom bracket assembly, seat saddle assembly and pop-pin assembly are covered for two (2) years for the date of purchase. Pedals, chain, brake pad assembly, rubber frame guard, brass brake nut and remaining parts are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. An advance warranty replacement kit of wear items is included, consisting of: one (1) brake pad and two (2) pedal straps.
