StudioCycles includes a lifetime warranty with every new and refurbished Schwinn and Star Trac commercial bike we sell. We also include a lifetime warranty with every new Keiser commercial bike we sell, the warranty we include on used Keiser commercial bikes is limited and varies from model to model. Our lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship for moving parts on the bike for the life of the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Neglect of proper maintenance procedures or abuse does not fall under defects in workmanship. Simply put, take care of your bike, follow the guidelines in our manuals, and your bike should last a lifetime. Dual felt resistance pads on any Schwinn are covered for one year. Any bike that we include Schwinn Triple Link® pedals with, new or used is covered for one year as well.

Commercial Warranty / Commercial Sales
If you are a commercial facility and you buy certified pre-owned Star Trac or Schwinn models, we include a full factory NEW bike warranty, which typically is 3 years parts and 5 years on the frame. If you buy new models we honor the FULL factory warranty, PLUS you get lifetime email and phone support. The lifetime email and phone support is priceless as our manuals are used by the manufacturers for their tech support hotlines, this means that if you need answers and you call StudioCycles, we will always give you what you need.

Lifetime email and phone tech support We will supply lifetime email and phone tech support with every bike we sell. Responses to inquiries about support, via email and phone may take up to 3 business days for a response, but are typically handled either same day or within 48 hours. Nights and weekends are not included in this timetable. We will do our very best to assist the needs of our valued customers!
